Hunter Launches New Hunter Helping Others Platform

In December 2025, Hunter Industries launched a new version of its Hunter Helping Others Platform, making it easier for employees to support the causes and communities they care about most.

Powered by Percent Pledge, the updated platform provides employees with access to more than 2 million global charities and over 100,000 volunteer opportunities while streamlining donation matching and volunteer tracking. Employees can log volunteer hours, earn cause credits to support eligible nonprofits, and participate in community impact efforts through a centralized platform designed to increase accessibility and engagement.

The new system also expands global giving opportunities for international employees while eliminating platform fees, ensuring every dollar donated goes directly to eligible nonprofit organizations. Additional features, including volunteer rewards and tree-planting initiatives tied to volunteer hours, help encourage long-term participation and community involvement.

The launch reflects Hunter’s continued commitment to strengthening employee engagement while supporting meaningful community impact around the world.

Employees Volunteer at Agua Hedionda

Employees teamed up with Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation to install Hunter irrigation products throughout the organization’s outdoor classroom and native plant and pollinator gardens.

The project provided employees with an opportunity to support a longtime nonprofit partner while learning more about Hunter’s industry-leading lineup through hands-on installation experience. As a result of the collaborative effort, the foundation now offers a revitalized outdoor space designed to educate visitors about sustainability, pollinators, and environmental stewardship.

“This was a very rewarding and enjoyable experience. It was great to see such a strong turnout from the Hunter team, which allowed us to complete the project efficiently. Everyone worked collaboratively and delivered impressive results — especially considering that most of us had little-to-no prior experience with irrigation installation.” –Hunter volunteer
